Latims HVAC Services started operations in 2004 on a very small person to person scale in Hayward. The company was later licensed in January 2010 after amassing a sizeable client base mostly in the East Bay Area. We relocated to Elk Grove are in 2009, and we now service all Sacramento and surrounding cities; Elk Grove, Davis, Folsom, Eldorado Hills, Antelope, Woodland, Auburn, Citrus Heights, Rancho Cordova, to mention a few. In addition, we still maintain our customer base in the East and South Bay.
